Video captures Florida doctor screaming at patient

A video appears to show a Gainesville, Florida, doctor berate a patient after she reportedly complained about long wait times.

The video, filmed by Stipes's daughter, shows the doctor not only cursing his patient out, telling her to get "the f**k out of my office", but he later grabs the daughter's phone after finding out he was being recorded.

The doctor concerned at the Gainesville After-Hours Clinic, 926 NW 13th St., Peter Gallogly, is now under criminal investigation, Gainesville Police spokesman Officer Ben Tobias said, according to The Gainesville Sun. "Go to the ER and wait for nine hours", the doctor yelled, pointing a finger at Stipe.

Dr. Gallogly eventually told the woman to "get the f*** out of my office".

Stipe said her daughter recorded the incident and that the doctor shoved her daughter and took her phone. She made an appointment at 6:30 p.m., but by 7:45 p.m., she had not yet seen a doctor.

"Are you kidding me?"

"Then, fine, get the hell out", the doctor replies, pointing toward the door. "I got seven rooms back there".

Gallogly reveals to Stipe that he's as of now run a pee test on her before logically asking her, "Does that take 3 seconds, you think?" Stipe's teenage daughter recorded the video.

She said in a Facebook post, which has been shared 2.3k times: "I asked for my co pay back so I could leave and go back home to bed and try to be seen elsewhere tomorrow because I'm just that miserable".

After a warmed trade, Gallogly at that point asks Stipe, "Do you wanna be seen or not?"

Gainesville police were called to the scene, but said they could not file charges because the daughter was not injured in the incident, even though he clearly assaulted her. The clinic posted a statement from Gallogly who apologized and told his side of the story.

He added: "I went to the front desk only because after Ms. Stipe received her refund, she refused to leave the office, and continued her abusive behavior towards staff".

"At the very end of the events", he said in the statement, "I most regrettably lost my temper, and spoke to the women in a most unprofessional manner".

"Yes I'm employed, I don't do drugs & yes I wanted meds. a antibiotic!" she wrote. "I make no excuses for my unacceptable behavior". "You know this was uncalled for & for those of you who don't and are being rude and hateful to me and my child".
