If you are planning to vote in this years upcoming election, you must fill out a voter registration form.

AURORA | While Aurora voters won't be weighing in on any statewide ballot initiative or races on November 7, there are plenty of local issues and races to keep voters busy. You may register to vote at the local board of elections.

Beth Dlug, elections director, said early voting would end at county public library branches - Dupont, Hessen Cassel, Georgetown and Aboite. Voters also will decide some local races and can obtain additional information on those by contacting their county board of elections.

The last minute to sign up to vote is upon us, with mail-in and in-person voter registration ending tomorrow. Online applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Oct.16. Voters registering after October 30 need to go to their county's voter service and polling center to request a ballot. 8 a.m. - 5 p.m Monday.

This year's general election includes the Rochester mayoral election, which places incumbent Mayor Lovely Warren against Republican Tony Micciche, Green Party candidate Alex White, Independent Lori White and James Sheppard, running as an independent.

If you do it IRL, either mail the form in, or hand it off to a Board of Elections office-you can find the right one for your borough here.
