Intex Technologies has launched its latest budget-orientated smartphone, the Aqua Lions 2, in India. It will run on the Android 7.0 Nougat and ample juice will be provided thanks to a 2400mAh Li-ion battery. The day-to-day operation of the device will most likely be sluggish and littered with stutters and lag, given the underwhelming hardware. The phone comes with a 5.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 240 pixels by 854 pixels. The execution was driven by 1.2GHz quad-center processor mated to 2GB of RAM and 16GB of locally available capacity.
This is Dual SIM phone and is equipped with 5MP rear camera with LED Flash and 5MP front-facing camera. The Intex Aqua Lions 2 phone measure a 143.8x72x8mm.
As far as cameras are concerned, the device rocks a 5MP camera at the back, which is coupled with an another 5MP shooter at the front. The phone will be available in Champagne Gold and Black.
Connectivity options in the Aqua Lions 2 include support for 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro USB port. Intex did not reveal any information about USB OTG support.
Intex today launched a new smartphone in its Aqua Lion Series. The handset appears to be stacked with various applications including Tap n Buy for shopping, Xender for exchanging contacts, images, SMS, records and then some; and Amazon Prime Videos for downloading and streaming well-known motion pictures and TV appears. The new DataBack app, Intex says, will be able to offer up to 500MB of free data back to the users each month.
