"Tomorrow is her wedding", White revealed on The Rich Eisen Show on Friday.
It's safe to say that Rousey won't change all of her plans to accomodate the fight, but White seemed a bit dismayed that it had to be on the day of the biggest fight in UFC history.
Rousey has thanked her dear nearly husband for helping her get through those dark times and lately, she has been focusing more on TV appearances and acting rather than on competing. "And she's in a good place, she's really happy, and she hasn't announced her retirement or anything like that".
According to White, Rousey is now concentrating on her upcoming wedding this weekend, August 26, 2017. "Of all the days, she's like, 'I'm getting married, '" White said.
The couple confirmed their engagement in April after almost two years together.
It's wedding bells not boxing bells for Ronda Rousey Saturday. "And he said 'Okay, we are in New Zealand, we are under a waterfall, will you marry me?"
In the photo taken by Venice photographer Michael Mardones, Ronda is gazing lovingly at Travis, who is sitting in a chair behind her and leaning over to point at one of the chickens.
Rousey last fought in the UFC back in December 2016 when she was succinctly defeated by Amanda Nunes in 48 seconds as she challenged for the UFC bantamweight championship at UFC 207.
Still, tonight will be a night of joy for MMA couple, and we here at the Jiu-Jitsu Times wish Ronda Rousey and Travis Browne a long, happy life together.
