Neymar Cleared to Make PSG Debut on Sunday

First it was nigh-on £200m for Neymar and now Paris Saint-Germain have clinched the signature of Kylian Mbappe for a cool £160m, claims The Sun.

After signing Neymar from Barcelona for more money than most people will ever see in their lives, PSG are reportedly lining up an£80 million offer for Alexis Sánchez.

The French Football Federation revealed the news, saying: "The FFF confirms receipt of the Neymar transfer certificate sent by RFEF [the Spanish FA]".

And last season's Ligue 1 runners-up have stolen a march on their rivals with another huge deal, following the world record £198 fee paid for Neymar.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho had been targeting the 23-year-old for a while, having managed the Brazilian utility man whilst at Real Madrid, although he looks set to miss out to PSG.

But the youngster's father convinced the club to let him leave this summer instead of hanging on for another 12 months. "We want him in the squad, and in the starting 11".

PSG wanted Neymar to start the season at its Parc des Princes home but his debut was delayed because of the paperwork issues.

"The other players here are also some great players so together we can get better".

It is good news for PSG as reports suggest that they are closing in on the signing of Kylian Mbappe.

Leonardo Jardim's principality outfit will be expecting to make it two wins from two when they pay a visit to Dijon on Sunday.

Lyon's youthful side started with a 4-0 thumping of Strasbourg last week and travel out to Brittany to take on Rennes today.
