Heartbreaking footage has emerged from a 2016 helicopter crash that killed a bride and three others while they were on the way to her wedding.
Except that moments later the helicopter crashed, killing all four people onboard.
The accident was caught in a video and was released yesterday (July 5) by a Brazilian news company, G1 Official.
Rosemere de Nascimento, 32, from Sao Paulo, Brazil, was killed in December a year ago alongside her brother, the pilot and a photographer who was six months pregnant. Photographer Nayla Cristina Neves Lousada sits beside the pilot in the front. Silva and her brother both were killed in the accident. The camera soon gets smashed to the ground but continues to record. An alarm goes off, and the passengers begin screaming in panic. The pilot can be heard urging the passengers to calm down.
Carlos Eduardo Battista, one of the wedding planners, had told Brazilian outlet Globo that it was the bride's wish to arrive to her wedding by helicopter without anyone knowing.
Rosemere do Nascimento Silva, 32, had a childhood dream to surprise her fiancé and guests by getting airdropped to the wedding venue in Brazil. Police are now speculating that the chopper might have hit a tree during rain, fog and cloud due to bad visibility. Mr Damasceno was reportedly notified of the crash and Silva's death by the pastor later at the altar.
According to the Daily Mail, the helicopter crashed approximately a mile away from the site of the reception.
It is hard to imagine what the family of the victims had gone through for the past year, especially after the video of the crash is released unannounced and went viral overnight upon its released yesterday.
