Big Bang fans meet Young Sheldon in new prequel teaser

Now, we finally have some new images released by CBS for the new program along with a trailer.

The cast also included John C. McGinley, Merrin Dungey, Nishi Munshi and Glynn Turman.

Tuesdays remain untouched with NCIS at 8/7c and NCIS: New Orleans at 10/9c and Bull sandwiched in-between at 9/8c.

This is not one of Sheldon's emergency preparedness drills.

Jim Parsons will executive produce and narrate "Young Sheldon", which is about the experiences of his "The Big Bang Theory" character Sheldon Cooper as a 9-year-old growing up in East Texas.

Iain Armitage ("Big Little Lies") plays the title character in "Young Sheldon", a single-camera comedy that CBS compared to "The Wonder Years". Shawn Ryan ("The Shield") as one of the producers of a reboot of a mid-1970s series that aired on ABC.

Sunday, it's 60 Minutes in its 50 year, followed by new drama Wisdom of the Crowd, NCIS: Los Angeles and Madam Secretary.
